Review: ? Every second counts.? Watch Eric Heisserers first feature film, but he is best known for his screenplay for The Thing (2010 version) and the fifth Final Destination It takes quite an interesting premise, but not in delivery, because the film has too many awkward moments with very forced dialogue. Take the scene where Paul Walker's character is given a lot of bad news from the doctor of his wife. The scene felt compelled to do, and never failed to attract the audience in. There are many scenes like the one in the hours just feel at home. Paul Walker Is In itself throughout most of the movie and as soon as the story started to drag failed to engage me. There was some tension and improbable scenes. For the most part it was just seeing Walker speaks highly of his newborn child, or rescue dogs he encountered later in the film. When he's not talking about himself, gave the film's unwanted memories of how he and his wife met. Look Shouldve been a movie full of suspense, but Heisserer failed to deliver, to add many unnecessary scenes and internally, rather than relying on physical performance walker alone. The The film is set in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina, as Nolan (Paul Walker) takes his pregnant wife, Abigail (Genesis Rodriguez), to a local hospital, as she enters prematurity. The hurricane will hit the city hard while doctors ask Nolan to stay in the waiting room while they belong to Abigail. A few hours later, Dr. Jeremy (TJ Hassan) comes bearing bad news. Abigail was a difficult job, you need the newborn baby left on a respirator during the next 48 hours, until she learns to breathe on their own. Mom did not. Even worse, the hospital was severely damaged by the hurricane, causing everyone to evacuate. Nolan told to stay in the hospital with a child until an ambulance can not go back and take them to a safer place. Cut off from the outside world, is Nolan himself forced to make quick decisions to save his life BABYS. If, as the slogan suggests? Every second counts? Eric Heisserer than did a very lousy job, because there are a few seconds wasted in this film. The drug for a moment that makes me feel like I was watching a movie in two hours, when in fact it was only 95 minutes out of the film. Paul Walker is not bad in this movie, but it just does not have the right stuff to carry the movie itself. The most exciting moments of the movie came when rescue dog shows and it kinda took life in general, lifeless movie. Watch full of awkward and silly moments that bring down this movie. Walker may have had less dialogue and memories Shouldve been cut from the film. Some of the exterior shots of the storm may have worked better as the wreck scenes were very good shots. Overall it was not a terrible movie, but it is not able to keep me entertained or invested in the story.
