Review: As Holder Cineworld card, I was invited for a screening last night of new Ron Howard movie Rush.Before I start ... I'm not a fan of F1, but I know enough about the history of the main protagonists to enjoy the movie. The set of major parts of the film set, one year before I was born in 1976, so mainly my knowledge, based on my recollection of the events Padres. Id saw James Hunt in interviews and scenes just watched Niki Lauda as well received idea characters.The film is hitting the period, the car mode and sets the perfect tone, the image is not , no nothing breathtaking and fx are very much in keeping with the period, no action CGI.The ridiculous, there is nothing in all missing miraculous Hemsworth and Bruhl is , fantastic, especially Hemsworth, Whos accent, gestures and natural performance was a big surprise. I could see a number of awards for this role. Bruhl seen in many movies and I'm always impressed by this one continues the trend. All supporting actors are very good in small roles.The movie is well paced for 2 hours and quite graphic, especially some scenes.Direction accident: Ron Howard - nice work, I'm not a big fan, and especially flaws After The Da Vinci / Los Angeles optimal return decently. Flair was there, but played safe (as normal), but let the story and the actors take center stage.If you like in F1 history, the rivalry is well documented and a film that captures this, see it. It is similar to the excellent control, Moneyball, etc, but with a little heart.8 half of 10
